Webster Defines a Bridge as: a connecting, transitional, or intermediate route or phase between two adjacent elements, activities, conditions, or the like.

Through the co-creative relationship with your business coach, you will design, and build your one and only authentic bridge.  The foundation of your bridge will be built on your values, and the integration of your personal and business effectiveness.  A strong foundation will enable you to build a stronger bridge and allow you to achieve more than you can imagine.  A week foundation leads to delays and set backs on your journey.

At Coaching with Clarity, we have the tools, experience and more importantly the passion to help you build your bridge that leads you to your success.

The Six Steps To Building Your Bridge to Success

Step 1: Access the Situation: Before building a bridge, engineers evaluate the foundation and the objective. A business is no different. What are your SMART goals? What will success look like? Is there a “value” connection between you goals and success? What are your personal/ business effectiveness strengths and weakness on your journey to success?

Step 2: Define the Problem and Measurement of Success: What is the objective of the bridge? What two places will be joined after construction? Based on the foundation, what type of construction is required? What obstacles must be addressed to build a robust bridge?

Step 3: Plan: The plan is the blueprint for the construction of the bridge. A well designed plan will address the weaknesses unearthed, and the strengths discovered in the assessment stage. The plan should address the problem and develop a process to reach success.

Step 4: Action: Action is the actual process of building the bridge. Without action all of the preceding steps are pointless.

Step 5: Document/ Measure/ Accountability: How well is the bridge reacting to the environment? Who is responsible for maintaining the bridge? The entire process needs to be documented using logs and measurement tools. Measuring is vital to ensure Lifelong success is being realized.

Step 6: Fastening and Securing: Without fasteners (bolts, rivets, etc) the bridge is unstable. Any environmental change can lead to collapse. The fastening and securing force in the BIZ BRIDGE is the business coaching process.
